This group is foreseen to be replaced by the "MPC Oversight Committee"
during GA24 in August, 2000, in connection with the adoption of new
Terms of Reference for the IAU Minor Planet Center. That document is
not yet finalized but will be posted here as soon as possible along
with the suggested membership of the new MPCOC.
