Welcome to An Odyssey in the Galaxy Archipelago!

The workshop is dedicated to themes related to star forming galaxies, and in particular dwarf, starburst and post-starburst galaxies. It is hosted in the honour of Prof. Nils Bergvall to celebrate his emeritation from astronomy at the end of the year.

The workshop will take place on 6-9 June 2012, on the beautful island of Ljusterö in the middle of the Stockholm archipelago.
