Fornax dSph
The Fornax dwarf spheroidal galaxy with its five globular clusters in B(J) colour from the Digitized Sky Survey.Two bright stars, A and B, from the SAO star catalogue, are also marked.
The center equatorial coordinates (1950) 02h37.8m, -34°44' are adopted from star counts by Irwin and Hatzidimitrou (1993).(The size of the field is 1.3° x 1.3°)
