- Monday write VALD svn user's guide (Eric)
- Tuesday, 10.00 test svn (all, following VALD svn guide)
Tools (Nik, Christian, Fritz) Monday to Wednesday
1. conversion tools
2. extraction tools, e.g. preselect3 -> produce final VALD3 versions
3. put all software under svn ( Tuesday afternoon )
4. implement reference list
5. discuss implementation of tools for extraction of predicted line lists
6. update documentation (on the Vald-wiki)
Database testing (Nicole, Theresa, Marlene) whole week
1. make software test plan (for extraction tools, web interface, EMS,
  - starting from Nik's list, see test.map, preselect3 documentation and valdadmin e-mails), including test files, e.g. configuration files, documentation
2. run tests, document, save (correct) output -> benchmark tests
Atomic line lists (Tanya, Luca, Nicole, Theresa, Marlene) whole week
- verification
- VALD-3 format
Molecular line lists (Ulli, Oleg) Monday to Thursday
- select (TiO, H2O), prepare, include, test, verify
VALD web page (Eric, Christian) Thursday and Friday (Nik and Fritz have left)
- check documentation
- update for VALD-3
- update web interface (if necessary)
Papers
- Tanya and Nik - make schedule for work on papers!
- REE data - Tanya et al.

Daily schedule (guideline)

We will all meet every day at 10.00 in the morning (for the morning session or a 5-minute greeting) and at 15.30 for the coffee break in the afternoon. Morning coffee break and lunch are optional.
