The appropriate machine dependent UIO module is uio_mac_decalpha_module.f90.
It allows the reading and writing of files
in little_endian
and big_endian format.
-assume byterecl: Necessary for the UIO routines:
specify that the length of a record is measured in bytes (and not in words).
-cpp: invoke the preprocessor on all source files.
-inline speed -V: Force automatic inlining,
optimized for speed.
-O4: General optimization.
-Drhd_hyd_roe1d_l01=0: Optimization: Choose standard set of routines for
Roe solver.
