A globular cluster in Hercules. The extent of the cluster is about 150 light years and it contains several hundred thousand stars. Slightly to the lower right from the center of the cluster can a blueish dot be seen (compared to the general yellow/red color). This is a B2 star, Barnard 29, which belongs to the cluster.
