Restrictions on extraction size per request

To keep the pressure on VALD servers under control we have implemented a couple of things. The first is a periodic restart of the service when new requests are processed. The next round will not be started until all new requests in the current round have been processed. For a user this means that typically you get your data within 10 minutes but under heavy lead it may take longer (normally less than an hour).

The 2nd thing is restriction on data size returned in a single request. This is relevant for EXTRACT ALL, EXTRACT ELEMENT and EXTRACT STELLAR modes. The current restrictions are: 1000 transitions if returned by mail and 100000 transitions via FTP. You will receive a warning if your extraction was truncated.

Note, that hyperfine splitting is not counted and so the HFS processed data can be somewhat larger than the set limits.
