Table 11 shows a list of all files necessary to run CO5BOLD.
Figure 1 gives similar information but is not quite up to date.
Executing the makefile produces an executable rhd.exe.
Its name can of course be changed afterwards.
The names of the three control files rhd.par, rhd.stop, and rhd.cont
and of the status file rhd.done
cannot be changed (without modification of the source code).
The names of EOS, opacity, and CO5BOLD data files can be chosen freely in the
parameter file rhd.par.
Table 11 only contains dummy names.
